If you are not satisfied with your wig for any reason, simply return it within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. We also offer a exchange policy in case you need a different size or style. To keep your wig looking its best, we recommend that you shampoo and condition it after each wear. Gently brush your wig before shampooing to remove any tangles. Use a mild shampoo and conditioner designed for synthetic wigs. Never use hot water on your wig, as this can damage the fibers. Instead, use lukewarm water. Avoid rubbing your wig while shampooing, as this can also damage the fibers. Rinse your wig thoroughly after shampooing to remove all traces of shampoo. Gently squeeze excess water from your wig, then place it on a wig stand or mannequin head to air dry.
